CTSI Logistics recently held its 2016 Business Planning Conference in Boracay Island, Philippines.
All station General Managers were in attendance and they were also asked to bring a member of their leadership team to the Conference.
CTSI Logistics CEO Jerry Tan firmed up his directions for 20% annual net profit for the next 3 years while he also pushed for greater collaboration between stations.
As part of the Business Planning agenda, CTSI’s Corporate Office also launched the new vision for CTSI Logistics:
To become a leading Supply Chain Solutions partner in Key Strategic Areas of the Asia-pacific region.
As part of its firm commitment to give something back to the community, CTSI Logistics raised around $8700 (around P400,000) for the local tribe in Boracay island known as “Ati.” CTSI Logistics earmarked the funds to build a small Library for children in the Ati Community. With 45 families left, the marginalized tribe is a small and struggling community in the island used to be there’s alone. Today, Boracay’s shores are filled with hotel chains and bars that attract millions of tourists from all around the world.
The almost week-long activities were participated in by 30 delegates from the different stations as well as from the Corporate Office based in Manila, Philippines. This culminated in a fellowship dinner and a day-long R&R for the CTSI family.
