SUPPLY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST (Saipan, MP)

Develops logistics strategies and recommends changes to processes to keep programs ahead of schedule. Assesses, manages, and works to reduce risk factors. Enhances workflow by analyzing and developing logistics plans that affect distribution, and inventory. Propose strategies to minimize the cost and/or time that is required to transport goods. Assists with freight auditing and quotations, and freight/financial reporting as needed. Work with parcel carriers creating call tags, return shipments, and researching tracking information. Troubleshoot and research problems with carriers and facilities as needed. Demonstrate logistics problem resolutions and compilation of data on standardization. Work closely with Customer Service, Warehouses, Accounts Receivable, and External Auditors researching shipping/delivery inquiries. Direct experience with coordination of subcontractors and field service personnel to achieve objectives.

Requirements: Must have Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Accounting or equivalent plus two years of experience as Supply Management Specialist, Logistics Service Manager, Transportation and Warehouse Supervisor, Documentation Officer or Assistant, or any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.

OCEAN FREIGHT RELOCATIONS AND SPECIAL PROJECTS COORDINATOR (Guam)

Education: Technical Education or HS Diploma
Requirements: Must have a valid Guam driver’s license, Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to for survey household goods and relocation items to customer’s homes and business locations.
Job Description: To handle the Day to Day Relocation / Special Project Management to include:
-Tracking and tracing of all Relocation Outbound and Inbound shipments.
-Receive, review, and process export/import documentation such as B/L and AWB for each shipment accurately.
-Ensure that all documents are in proper order.
-Coordinate any necessary surface transportation to airports or ports to ensure that delivery is completed.
-Work with other departments to meet customer and internal deadlines.
-Update and maintain customers information.

CTSI Logistics TRACTOR TRAILER MECHANIC (Guam)

Education: Technical Education or HS Diploma
Requirements: Must have a valid Guam driver’s license, Two (2) + years of industry experience maintaining Class A Commercial Vehicles, Air Brakes Qualified, Trailer Chassis Experience a MUST, Demonstrated ability to follow schedules, instructions, wiring diagrams, electrical, maintenance guidelines, and other procedures associated with the maintenance of tractor trailer components.

CTSI Logistics PAINTER/WELDER(Guam)

Education: Technical Education or HS Diploma
Requirements: Must have a valid Guam driver’s license.
Job Description:
-Conducts repair, fabrication and maintenance of parts and equipment that requires hot work jobs like welding, cutting and joining metal parts.
-Joining and repairing metals and other wieldable materials by applying appropriate welding techniques in accordance with equipment specifications, lay outs, work orders or verbal instructions.
-Fabricate parts or modify existing part to fit with the equipment.
-Cuts work piece using powered saws, hand shears, chipping knife, acetylene or gas torch.
-Performs other duties as assigned by maintenance Supervisor/Maintenance manager
-Performs all mechanical operations including bending, pulling, pushing, shaping, and straightening required repair vehicles.
-Performs all collision repairs and all painting to CTSI vehicles, chasse’s, and machines.

-Performs chassis and body repairs including corrosion control.
-Performs sheet metal and steel fabrication,Performs all types of welding.
-Verify that repairs are completed and meet federal and local motor vehicle standards and regulations.

FUEL HAULING PETROLEUM TRANSPORT DRIVER(Guam)

Education: Technical Education or HS Diploma
Requirements: Must have “C” License, and TWIC. Must have min. three (3) yrs. Exp. in driving tractor trailer vehicles. (preferably transporting petroleum products).

Commercial Tractor Driver

Requirements: Must have “ABC” License, and TWIC. Must have min. one (1) yr experience in operating heavy equipment
