Led and funded by ExxonMobil, an emergency fuel delivery mission successfully transported critical fuel supplies to Rota, with CTSI providing logistics support as part of the coordinated effort.
Recognizing the urgent need for fuel on the island during ongoing recovery efforts, Jennifer Dueñas of ExxonMobil spearheaded the initiative, bringing together public and private sector partners to coordinate the delivery. Working closely with government agencies, maritime stakeholders, and logistics providers, the mission ensured critical fuel supplies reached Rota safely and efficiently.
The effort brought together a number of organizations committed to supporting the recovery mission, including ExxonMobil, CTSI, Norton Lilly, South Pacific Environmental Guam LLC, Tinian Shipping, DFS Enterprise, the Port Authority of Guam, and other maritime and regulatory partners. Through close collaboration and a shared commitment to service, the team successfully mobilized resources and coordinated the delivery of essential fuel to the island.
CTSI contributed transportation and logistics support to help facilitate the movement of supplies, underscoring the important role that regional supply chain partners play in supporting island communities during times of need.
The successful delivery highlights the power of partnership across Micronesia. By combining expertise, resources, and operational capabilities, participating organizations helped ensure that a critical community need was met while supporting Rota’s ongoing recovery efforts.
