CTSI Logistics Saipan started out as a small freight forwarding business in the CNMI (Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands) to support the need to transport the growing volume of garments from the island in 1989. Fast forward, CTSI has become a respected player and a go-to for third-party logistics services in the CNMI.
The growth of CTSI gained momentum after establishing its first office in Saipan. Saipan in the early days catered to the biggest names in the retail industry, counting among its customers Ralph Lauren, Abercrombie and Fitch. The high standards these companies have come to expect from its providers is still the same quality of service and commitment the Saipan station offers to this day.
CTSI Logistics Saipan has exemplified its commitment through collaborative efforts with FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency). The company swiftly assumed a critical role as one of the primary responders following the devastation caused by Typhoons Soudelor and Yutu.
CTSI’s dedication to crisis response was further highlighted by its essential role as the designated Primary Logistics Service Provider for Military Vessels engaged in the distribution of relief aid. This designation underscores CTSI’s strategic importance in orchestrating the efficient and effective movement of essential supplies during times of emergency.
During the peak of the COVID pandemic, when the transport of important medical supplies became a challenge due to lockdowns in many countries, CTSI stepped in as a crucial player. The CTSI group was part of keeping the movement of essential medical equipment and supplies going during this crucial time.
