CTSI Logistics – Saipan participated in yet another notable worldwide effort for the preservation of the oceans and waterways last September 19 by joining the Ocean Conservancy's 24^th International Coastal Cleanup.

The International Coastal Cleanup is considered by many as the world's largest volunteer effort to help protect our ocean and waterways. It was pioneered by Ocean Conservancy as a means to advocate for the preservation of the ocean waters against ocean debris.

During the 2008 International Coastal Cleanup, an estimated number of 400,000 volunteers removed 6.8 million pounds of debris from 6,485 sites in 100 countries.
