THE PHILIPPINE Station continues to live up to its commitment of providing total customer satisfaction as it achieved favorable results from Nestle Waters’ performance scorecard for the month of August 2005.
The scorecard was implemented by Nestle to monitor the Philippine Station’s performance in warehousing and distribution operations. Part of the scorecard features the following Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in which the station received positive feedback: 1) On-time departure 2) On-time delivery 3) On-time submission of delivery documents 4) Picking Accuracy 5) Inventory Accuracy.
"The August KPI showed favorable results which is above Nestle’s expectations (after CTSI handled this project only last July 2005),” shared Leo Karamihan, Corporate Logistics Operations manager. “The operational improvements resulted in increased sales and timely submission of billings to its customers. As a result, Nestle will sign a long-term contract with CTSI with the objective of further expanding its business to include customs clearing of imported bottled mineral water and international/domestic freight forwarding.”
