THE SAIPAN Station passed their ISO 9001 re-certification audit thanks to the cooperation they showed in getting ready for their audit. Conducted by SGS Auditor Jerome Cipriano, their audit took place last July 14 to July 18.

“This only shows that with true teamwork we can be truly successful,” commended station General Manager Rene Magalong. Zoilo Dela Cruz, station Logistics Services Division (LSD) manager, also attributes their success to the “quality management system of CTSI” despite the thorough audit trail.
