In preparation for the expected influx of economic activities on Guam, CTSI Logistics – Guam has put up an airport facility along the flight line at Airport Industrial Park in Tiyan.  This facility was inaugurated on December 15.

The facility boasts of a spacious office space and warehouse, temperature-controlled rooms as well as alarm and security systems.

In a statement to a newspaper on Guam, CTSI Logistics CEO Jerry Tan justifies the construction of the airport facility by saying that "For any logistics player, a good facility near the airport terminal is always important because air freight is a big part of the logistics activity."

The inauguration of the facility was initiated by CTSI Logistics – Guam management, under the directive of CTSI Logistics – Guam GM Danny Lim.
