TO STREAMLINE their human resource processes, Electrolux Philippines acquired the HR2 system from IST last April 2006. Actual implementation of the system began last June 2006.

Electrolux is a world leading producer of appliances and equipment for kitchen, cleaning and outdoor use. Electrolux is also one of the largest producers in the world of similar equipment for professional users.

Present during the acquisition were, for Electrolux Philippines, Finance Controller Jesus Gonzales, Human Resource Manager Reanne Gamboa and IT Manager Cesar Santos. Representing IST were HR2 Project Manager Rogie Niño and Project Implementation Senior Manager Vangie Quemada; for Corporate IT, Professional Services Manager Rowena Juan.

One of those functionalities that will streamline Electrolux’s HR processes is a time and security device which will capture the time logs of employees Niño informed.
