CTSI Cambodia passed their ISO 9001:2000 Surveillance Audit and Certification successfully last September 14 by doing their own internal audits.
“We are very proud to inform that this time around we did our own internal audits and preparation for the surveillance with our existing team,” beamed the station’s general manager, Peter Hooi. Combining diligence with a continuous drive for self-learning, the Cambodia Station conducted their own periodical audits to ensure compliance and applied improvements in areas they saw necessary.
“The CTSI Cambodia quality management system and audit team did a very good job to ensure we have followed the quality systems and procedures we set in place,” Hooi added.
The auditor in charge was William Toyn of BM TRADA Certification who announced CTSI Cambodia to have full compliance with the standards and procedures of the ISO 9001:2000 quality manual.
