CTSI Philippines found a new client in Chowking, the first Chinese fast food restaurant in the Philippines, last July 12. The Station will provide the distribution of the fast food chain’s documents and promotional materials to all its outlets in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao except Metro Manila.
Shipments, according to Business Development Manager Gerry Inandan, will average at about 30 per day and 1,000 per month, ranging from 1 kilo to 50 kilos per shipment. For distribution, the Station partnered with LBC for its distribution arm. Part of the arrangement with LBC is for them to provide online tracking and POD confirmation. “Given the coverage of LBC, next day delivery commitment will be achieved,” Inandan said.
As an added value service to Chowking, CTSI Philippines will provide an implant staff to assist in sorting and preparing the stocks prior to handing them over to LBC for ship-out. “Our implant staff will be able to monitor and prepare stocks ahead of time prior to pick-up of LBC,” he shared. Inandan also disclosed that customer service personnel assigned to Chowking under the logistics group will provide a summary report every month.
Inandan expressed excitement with the Chowking account, saying that it would serve as “a model for all similar future activity.” |
