THANKS to the results gleamed from the UGR (user’s group review) held last August 25, 2005 at the Corporate office in Manila, a new, more efficient version of eeTrack was created by IST: CTSITr@xV2
And last year, from November 13 up to December 17, Corporate IT and IST piloted the implementation of the improved version at the Saipan Station. Led by CTSI Saipan’s IT manager, Nat Angeles, along with an IST team headed by Adel Africa, the implementation consisted of orientations, workshops and one-on-one training sessions, culminating in the system’s live run towards the last few days.
Saipan team members who participated in the training were from oceanfreight, airfreight, accounting and sales. The implementation was conducted in order to replace the previous version of eeTrack. CTSITr@xV2 possesses new features and an improved speed response time.
Once the workshops were completed, several team members expressed favorable feedback on the new system and the implementation procedures. “Since it was a workshop, we were able to maximize the time to become familiar with the system and appreciate its functions,” said Joy Cause, CTSI Saipan Oceanfreight supervisor. “This will help increase our performance in giving excellent customer service,” added Mario Gotico, Outbound Document Billing clerk for Airfreight. |
