CORPORATE IT’s (CIT) Ces Delos Santos and Sylvere Borromeo are currently implementing the eeTrack version 2.0 system for the Hong Kong Station. The implementation started last October 9, 2006 and will continue up to November 4, 2006.
Prior to Delos Santos and Borromeo’s implementation, the Hong Kong Station was using the L2000 system, which handles their freight management and freight billing requirements. Once the eeTrack system is fully operational, the Hong Kong Station will enjoy more efficient ways of processing their operations.
“Aside from the freight management and invoicing function integrated with SAP,” says Rowena Santor, CIT Professional Services manager, “eeTrack version 2.0 has a Customer Service Module that will be able to manage recording the Customer's Inquiry, Claims and Issues from the time any concern has been reported by the client until resolution.”
During implementation, Delos Santos observed that while eeTrack version 2.0 may prove challenging to its new users due to “different data entry as compared to the L2000 system,” the new system will be beneficial for them as it provides "reports that they can generate anytime they want.” |
