FedEx appointed CTSI Logistics Guam to develop more FedEx drop-off outlets on Guam early this December 2006. These outlets will allow customers better access to FedEx’s world-renowned, reliable service.
Moreover, through the same outlets, customers can also avail of Western Union and CTSI Logistics’ services. “It will be easier to incorporate the FedEx drop-off business with our agents on the island since most of them have realized the importance of becoming a one-stop shop for their customers,” explained Menchu Atalig, CTSI Logistics Guam Marketing manager. “On our part, we will have to make sure that FedEx’s world-class procedures and standards are met to give the best customer service.”
Currently, there are a total of ten outlets on Guam. They are Yigo Mail, PostNet Tamuning, A&A Pawnshops (Yigo, Tamuning and Agana), CTSI Logistics offices (Airport, Tamuning and Port Authority Building in Piti), Expo Travel (Upper Tumon) and RJDJ Movie Plus (Agat).
With the two companies having been partners in different ventures on the Micronesian islands, CTSI Logistics expressed enthusiasm at the new undertaking, stating that they hope to expand FedEx’s business on Guam just as they had done for Western Union. |
