POHNPEI – The implementation of the POS-ICSLite system by Corporate IT (CIT) for Etscheit Enterprises saw its conclusion last December 2006. CIT began the implementation last September of the same year.

Corporate IT’s Jean Jean Zabala, product specialist, and Cristian Dave Fetizanan, developer, described the implementation as a successful project with its fair share of challenges.

Fetizanan noted the complicated transition the users experienced under the new Point of Sales system since they were accustomed to operating mechanical cash registers. However, in the last two weeks of their stay, the two team members noticed the users eventually became adept using the POS-ICSLite system.
